It seems like you can still get your fix of experimental TV downloads through tvtorrent's new website , remember to only get "legal" material from there ok? *WINK* *WINK* :)
I still think the Networks are being morons for resisting this, at least until I can go to ABC.com, NBC.com, etc and watch a show in full, high resolution but leave the commercials in there and disable fast forward, then it’s the same thing! The advertisers get their plug and you can have people watch your shows from space or Everest if they wanted to, instead of having to rush home and watch when the networks want you to watch.

Well like I said, Bit Torrent is in trouble and over the weekend the 2 main source of BT downloads went belly up from legal pressure, along with dozens of smaller sites. I understand what the music/movie companies are angry about but to have the TV Networks join in because they don’t want people trading recorded shows is moronic.
I pay for cable, which by the way should have no commercials since I pay for it, I should be able to record a show and watch it later, that’s how I view downloading them. But even worse, I brough in the pilot for the ABC show "Lost" into work and got at least 12 people addicted to the show, they are now fans, how is that a bad thing?
Its not, and until I don’t have to pay Itunes 1$ for a song (Of course, still only a tiny % goes to the artist), don’t have to pay 14$ to watch a movie in a theatre (And still have to watch 25min of Coke ads and trailers) and have to pay for cable then sit through 20min of ads for each hour of programming, they are missing the boat. Rumors are there is a new way to download things being tested and I'll be right there when its out, hope you are too!
