As you’ve noticed, I'm covering this Michael Jackson thing a lot... As much as I respect a talented musician like him, I find him to be a complete and utter freak with VERY questionable behavior that would have the average guy under a microscope by now, so let's see what he's done shall we?

Went and caught the Canucks game versus the Habs last night and while it started off quite slowly, the rest of the game was damn fine. I felt bad for the 10 year old Habs fan beside me, but when they tied it 4-4, she had no qualms about turning to me and screaming "Yeah! You suck!!!" But in the end, our overtime winner shut her down quite nicely and she faded into the crowd with papa.

Finally got a chance to watch the American Music Awards that I had taped the other night, and as much as it fails to live up to other award shows, there was a few standout performances; Kid Rock did a pretty damn good cover of "Feel like making love" but the highlight for me was Pink's acoustic version of her hit "Trouble". I saw her opening up for Janet Jackson when I took my wife to see her last tour and she stole the show, she is Janis Joplin reincarnated I swear, one of the best live voices today, no lip-synching here baby! Outkast's "Hey ya" showed once again how truly talented that duo is in a sea of crap that is the music industry today.
